Alpha Acid Terps

Hops vines are looking great and there are a lot of maturing flowers all over. The way you tell peak ripeness is to inspect the middle of the flowers for the yellow alpha acid waxes that form. They are already showing and pungent when you break open. Here are some shots from today.
