Who we are

Eisenetics LLC ("we", "us", "our") is a small independent shop operated from Riverside, Washington. We sell original art, prints, plants, rocks and minerals, collectibles, and unique finds at eisenetics.com.

What information we collect

We collect information you provide directly when placing an order or contacting us:

• Order information — name and shipping address as required to fulfill your purchase.
• Payment information — we do not store your card details. Payments are processed by Stripe, which has its own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
• Email address — collected during checkout, newsletter signup, or contact form submission. Used for order confirmations, transactional updates, and, if you opt in, marketing communications.
• Contact messages — any messages you send via our contact form.
• Phone number — if provided during checkout, inquiry, or SMS signup, used for order updates and, if you opt in, promotional text alerts (new drops, flash sales). Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. You can unsubscribe anytime by replying STOP.

We do not share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect solely to:

• Fulfill and ship your order
• Communicate with you about your purchase
• Respond to your questions or inquiries
• Send promotional text alerts, if you opt in
• Send newsletter updates, if you subscribe

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate the site:

• Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com/privacy)
• Resend — transactional email (order confirmations). Resend processes email addresses as necessary to deliver transactional messages (resend.com/legal/privacy-policy)
• Shippo — shipping label generation and rate calculation. Your name and shipping address are shared with Shippo to fulfill orders. (goshippo.com/privacy)
• Printify — print-on-demand fulfillment for art prints. Your name and shipping address are shared with Printify and their print partners to produce and ship your order. (printify.com/privacy-policy)
• Cloudflare Turnstile — bot protection on forms. Cloudflare may process your IP address and browser signals to verify you are human. No tracking cookies are set. (cloudflare.com/privacypolicy)
• Digital Ocean — hosting
• Twilio — SMS/MMS messaging infrastructure. If you opt in to text alerts, your phone number is stored securely and used to send order updates and promotional messages (up to 4 marketing texts per month). Transactional messages (order confirmations, shipping updates) are sent as needed. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by emailing [email protected]. • Anthropic (Claude AI) — AI content generation for product descriptions, social media captions, and newsletter drafts. Product images and text may be processed by Claude for content creation purposes. No customer personal information is sent to AI services. (anthropic.com/privacy)
• Substack — newsletter publishing platform. If you subscribe to our newsletter, Substack processes your email address to deliver communications. (substack.com/privacy)
• Whatnot — live selling platform for auctions and card breaks. Purchases made through Whatnot are subject to Whatnot's own terms and privacy policy. (whatnot.com/privacy)

These services may collect technical data such as IP addresses and browser information in accordance with their own privacy policies.

Social media integration

We maintain a presence on platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and Bluesky. When new products are listed, we may share promotional content about them on our social media accounts. These posts use product information already on the site and do not include customer personal information.

Content is queued and published at optimal times for each platform. The social media platforms themselves have their own privacy policies governing how they handle data when you interact with our posts.

Newsletter & email collection

Our /links page includes an optional newsletter signup. If you subscribe, we collect your email address solely to send you updates about new products, content, and shop news. We do not sell or share your email with third parties. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Privacy-first analytics

We collect anonymous, aggregate page-view statistics to understand which products and pages are popular. This data contains no personal information, no cookies, no fingerprinting, and no third-party tracking scripts. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any external analytics service. Your IP address is hashed with a daily salt and immediately discarded — we never store or log IP addresses. This anonymous data helps us improve the site and is never shared with third parties.

Data retention

We retain order information for up to 7 years to comply with tax and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Your rights

You may contact us at any time to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. We will respond within 45 days.

California residents

If you are a California resident, you have the right to: know what personal information we collect about you; request deletion of your personal information; opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information); and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
