Overview

By using eisenetics.com and placing an order, you agree to these terms. This site is operated by Eisenetics LLC, based in Riverside, Washington.

Products

We sell original artwork, fine art prints, plants, rocks and minerals, collectibles, and unique finds. Original artwork is one-of-a-kind. Fine art prints are produced on demand by third-party print partners (Printify) and shipped directly to you.

Item descriptions and photographs are as accurate as possible, but minor variations in color and appearance may occur due to monitor calibration and lighting. If you have questions about a specific piece before purchasing, please reach out — we're happy to provide additional photos or details.

All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or significantly misrepresented. See the Returns section below.

Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. The price at the time of your completed purchase is the price you pay.

Payment

We accept payment via Stripe (credit/debit card). Payment is due at the time of purchase. Orders are not reserved until payment is confirmed.

Shipping

We ship from Riverside, WA. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item size and weight. Estimated transit times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays once an item has been handed off.

Some oversized or fragile items require a custom shipping quote. In those cases, we'll contact you before fulfilling the order.

Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon carrier pickup. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items — contact us before ordering if you'd like to arrange this.

Returns & damages

Because most items are one-of-a-kind, returns are limited. If your item arrives damaged or is significantly not as described, contact us within 30 days with photos. See our full Returns & Refunds policy for details.

We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or items that have been used or altered.

Local pickup

Some items — especially garden starts and live plants — are available for local pickup in the Tunk Valley area near Riverside, WA. If local pickup is available for an item, it will be noted in the listing. We'll coordinate a pickup time and location after your order is placed.

Social media & automated posting

We use automated tools to create and publish social media content about our products on Instagram, Facebook, and Bluesky. This content is generated with the help of AI and is reviewed before publishing. Posts are queued and published at scheduled times optimized for each platform. These posts are made from our own business accounts and do not involve customer data.

SMS & text messaging

By signing up for text alerts at eisenetics.com/subscribe or opting in during checkout, you consent to receive text messages from Eisenetics LLC. These messages may include:

• Transactional messages — order confirmations, shipping notifications, delivery updates (sent as needed)
• Promotional messages — new product drops, flash sales, event reminders (up to 4 per month)

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You must be 18 years or older to subscribe. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

AI-generated content

Social media posts, product descriptions, and other content may be drafted with the help of AI tools. While we review AI-generated content before it goes live, it may occasionally contain minor inaccuracies. If you spot something off, let us know and we'll fix it.

Social media posts about our products are promotional in nature and include links to eisenetics.com. These posts are made from our own business accounts and represent our own products — no third-party sponsorships or paid endorsements are involved.

Newsletter (Substack)

We publish a periodic newsletter via Substack that may include product highlights, links to eisenetics.com, and other updates. Newsletter content may be drafted with the assistance of AI tools and is reviewed before publication.

By subscribing to our newsletter, you consent to receive these communications. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link — you can opt out at any time. We do not sell or share subscriber email addresses with third parties.

Live streaming, card breaks & live auctions

We host live streams on platforms including Whatnot and YouTube. By participating, you agree to the following:

• Card breaks: By participating in a card break, you agree to the terms posted for that specific event (pricing, randomization method, and shipping). All card break sales are final — no refunds on randomized pulls.
• Live auctions: Winning a live auction constitutes a binding purchase. Original artwork created during a live stream is one-of-a-kind; the final piece may differ from any preview or thumbnail shown. Shipping of freshly completed paintings may be delayed to allow for proper drying and curing.
• Copyright: Purchase of artwork via live auction does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. See the Intellectual Property section below.
• Recordings: Streams may be recorded and shared on social media, YouTube, or other platforms.

All live sales are subject to the returns policy at /returns. Platform-specific terms (e.g., Whatnot's Terms of Service) also apply to transactions made through those platforms.

Intellectual property

All original artwork created by Eisenetics remains the intellectual property of the artist. Purchase of a physical piece does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any artwork without explicit written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eisenetics LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or purchase of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific item in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes will be resolved in Okanogan County, Washington.

We may revise these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
