Overview

By using eisenetics.com and placing an order, you agree to these terms. This site is operated by Eisenetics LLC, based in Riverside, Washington.

Products

All original artwork is one-of-a-kind. Item descriptions and photographs are as accurate as possible, but minor variations in color and appearance may occur due to monitor calibration and lighting. If you have questions about a specific piece before purchasing, please reach out — we're happy to provide additional photos or details.

All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or significantly misrepresented. See the Returns section below.

Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. The price at the time of your completed purchase is the price you pay.

Payment

We accept payment via Stripe (credit/debit card). Payment is due at the time of purchase. Orders are not reserved until payment is confirmed.

Shipping

We ship from Riverside, WA. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item size and weight. Estimated transit times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays once an item has been handed off.

Some oversized or fragile items require a custom shipping quote. In those cases, we'll contact you before fulfilling the order.

Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon carrier pickup. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items — contact us before ordering if you'd like to arrange this.

Returns & damages

All sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damage and original packaging. We will work with you to find a reasonable resolution, which may include a replacement (if available), store credit, or a partial refund at our discretion.

We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or items that have been used or altered.

Intellectual property

All original artwork created by Eisenetics remains the intellectual property of the artist. Purchase of a physical piece does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any artwork without explicit written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eisenetics LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or purchase of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific item in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes will be resolved in Okanogan County, Washington.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
