Returns & Refunds

One-of-a-kind items

Almost everything we sell — original paintings, vintage finds, collectibles — is one-of-a-kind. Because of that, returns are limited. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so please read descriptions and photos carefully and reach out with any questions before ordering.

Damaged or misrepresented items

If your item arrives damaged in transit or is significantly not as described, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return. To start the process:

  • Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery.
  • Include clear photos showing the damage or discrepancy.
  • Include your order number or the name of the item you purchased.

We'll review your request and respond as quickly as we can — usually within a day or two.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item and confirm the issue, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few business days for the refund to appear.

Return shipping

If the item arrived damaged or was misrepresented, we'll cover return shipping costs. In all other cases where a return is accepted, the buyer is responsible for return shipping. Please pack items securely — we can't issue a refund for items damaged during the return shipment.

Garden starts & live plants

Garden starts, cacti, succulents, and other live plants are perishable goods and cannot be returned or refunded. If a plant arrives in poor condition due to shipping, send us photos right away and we'll do our best to make it right.

Digital content & consulting

Digital products and consulting services are non-refundable once delivered or rendered. If there's an issue with a digital purchase, contact us and we'll work with you to resolve it.

Exchanges

Because most of our items are unique, we don't offer standard exchanges. That said, if you'd like to discuss an exchange, reach out at [email protected] and we'll handle it on a case-by-case basis.
