Neon Botanical Fever Dream

Luminous botanical forms rise from a deep amethyst ground — vertical streaks of neon green and orange climbing upward like bioluminescent plant life, scattered with silver interference orbs that float like moons through a purple night sky. Hot coral blooms and chartreuse bursts punctuate the composition, each one built up in thick impasto layers that catch and hold light. The red-painted edges frame the piece on all four sides, making every angle part of the work. In dim light the purple ground deepens and the silver orbs glow. In bright light the neon greens and oranges ignite. This painting has no single correct way to be seen.
